Solution:

Problem:
Word document is not opening or it seems to be damaged, corrupted or unreadable.
Solution:
Kindly open the damaged file in WordPad and save it as *.rtf file and then open the files in Word. You can also launch word and bring up a blank word document. Click <insert-file-insert the problematic file in a blank word document>
